Due to the overwhelming participation in the proof of stake ecosystem as a direct result of OIP-7, Orbs has decided to launch a second governance vote. This vote asks the community if Orbs should change the boosted reward for staking during the month of December from 2x to 3x rewards
Due to time constraints and the severity of the proposal being limited, voting will commence immediately
