TL;DR

- The staking contract contains a 'manager' role for the purposes of migration to a new staking contract
- The manager role does not have the power to transfer tokens 
- In the past few months, a couple of delegators have informed the team that their wallets had been compromised for reasons unrelated to Orbs, while their Orbs tokens remain staked in the staking contract
- The Orbs team has designed a way to use the migration to recover compromised funds 
- In the event that a delegator loses $ORBS ≥$10,000 a custom smart contract would be deployed
